KAREN ESPOSITO
Director of Sales and Development
In 2015, Karen joined The Viera Company and currently serves as the Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Community Development. Karen provides strategic direction for internal and external builder residential sales, commercial sales, ground leases, and community development functions. Leveraging deep market expertise and sound business judgment, Karen identifies and cultivates best-in-class residential, retail, and commercial partners to further enhance the value and long-term success of the Viera Community. Karen helps guide the overall marketing strategy for the MPC of Viera, providing oversight and direction to community marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and support continued growth.
Karen belongs to the professional organizations Urban Land Institute, ICSC, and the Space Coast Association of Realtors and holds a Florida Real Estate Broker’s License, in addition to being elected to the Board of Supervisors for the Viera Stewardship District. She also is long standing member of Viera’s Plan Review Committee.
Karen graduated with honors from the Florida Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Along with her husband Brian, Karen has been proud to call Viera home for over 20 years. They have a daughter in college and a son in high school.

SCOTT MILLER
Executive Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Community Development
Born in Washington, D.C. and raised in Central Florida, Scott attended the University of Florida and University of Central Florida, where he earned a degree in advertising and marketing.
In 1994, Scott began working for The Viera Company as Community Manager and currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Community Development, where he is responsible for developing and directing Viera’s residential and commercial property sales program and community design and product segmentation. Scott also directs the community management function, and oversees the operations of the Duran Golf Club.
A Florida licensed real estate broker and community association manager, Scott has served The Viera Company as Residential Sales Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Vice President of Residential and Community Development. Scott also serves as Vice President/Broker of Viera Commercial Properties, Inc. and Vice Chairman of the Viera Plan Review Committee.
Scott’s professional affiliations include Urban Land Institute where Scott served for 10 years on the National Product Council for Residential Neighborhood Development and currently serves on the ULI Florida Product Council. Scott also serves on the Board of Directors of the Brevard Zoo and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, and Space Coast Association of Realtors. Scott is a graduate of the Leadership Brevard Program.
Scott is married and has three daughters, two son-in-laws, a grandson and granddaughter. He enjoys fishing, hiking, camping, and travel.
