Viera, Florida has broken into the Top 10 rankings for its sales performance in 2022. For 2021, Viera was ranked #13 with RCLCO and #15 with John Burns Real Estate Consulting, LLC.

The rankings for high-performing MPCs are based on new home sales within those communities.
